After everything that’s happened in the past 10 years, it may feel pointless to talk to a MAGA supporter. If the Access Hollywood tape, and the Ukraine call, and January 6th, and sending the National Guard against American citizens in Los Angeles didn’t change their mind… what possibly could?

But last month, Red Wine & Blue held a virtual event with a woman named Courtney who left MAGA after years of indoctrination. Now she runs a TroubleNation group in Pennsylvania and teaches others how to help get their neighbors and loved ones out of MAGA too.

So this week, instead of a new episode of Okay, But Why, we’re sharing the audio of that event. Courtney was full of wisdom about what made her finally question Trump and how we can talk to the people in our lives to help them along that journey too.
