Red Wine & Blue is a national community of over half a million diverse suburban women working together to defeat extremism, one friend at a time. Across the country, we train and connect women from all political backgrounds, including many who have never been political before, to get sh*t done and have fun along the way.

We know that the most effective way to make change is by talking to people, especially the people you know. Our country is divided and the best way to bring everyone together is one conversation at a time. We teach women how to strike up those conversations with friends, family, and neighbors, focusing on common sense and shared values.

The Red Wine & Blue Substack newsletter began in January of 2024 to provide additional information, stories, and resources to the listeners of our podcast The Suburban Women Problem. That podcast wrapped up in 2025 but Red Wine & Blue is still going stronger than ever.

There’s no denying that things are dark right now in national politics. But we’re here to provide reliable information and inspiring stories of everyday women who are making change in their local communities. We hope that this information will help you make change in your community too. We post videos, podcasts, and news round-ups, and we celebrate the little victories. The resistance has to include joy and we’re happy to report that it’s already happening in living rooms around the country.
