Why don’t they bring a case to the supreme court

The US Supreme Court caused this to happen by overturning Roe v Wade, and the GA state Supreme Court actually recently ruled that their state's abortion ban is legal (it's been quite a legal back and forth - https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/oct/07/georgia-supreme-court-abortion-ban) so unfortunately, neither supreme court is on our side.

And the family has to pay for all the medical care. I am sure it is in the millions.

This type of action is a crime

I am so afraid for our young women and their babies. Why are men so clueless?

Callousness. Women and children are just collateral damage. These men (and women!) use their (and their voters’) professed religious views to keep their jobs and power.

Here’s an idea: what if everyone who objected to this stopped going to churches that promoted it? Stopped donating to them? Regardless of whatever else those churches provide them (community, comfort in hard times, social position, networking, place to send the kids for a quiet Saturday morning, etc)?

What if the folks who really want this to end move their bodies and money to more supportive places?

This is just wrong. She died. Unfortunately that was God's will. Keeping her alive is playing god. This wrong.

Cruel and unusual punishment for the family and preposterous. The state should not be able to take away individual rights of people or their families.
