A weekend of protests

This weekend was a big moment of action for millions of Americans as they raised their voices against the destruction of the Trump Administration. With millions of people coming together, it was hard to ignore how different this protest was from the one on January 6th. Here millions of Americans took to the streets, rallied in front of state capitols, lifted cleverly crafted signs — all in a peaceful demonstration. And the turnout was huge. There are estimates of over 5 million people protesting across the country on Saturday, but the press isn’t reporting those numbers. And they aren’t telling the story of all of the Americans who joined a protest for the first time this weekend. But we will.

The RWB Take: Millions of Americans came together this Saturday, across all 50 states to protest the Trump administration and Elon Musk. Over 1400 protests took place across the country in small towns and big cities, and even in foreign countries. For many Americans, this was their first time participating in a protest. We love to see people taking action to make their community and country a better place. Let’s keep raising our voices against this administration!
